Green Dot Cyprus is the first Collective Packaging and Packaging Waste Management System in Cyprus.

Green Dot was established as a non-profit organization on the initiative of the local industry and KEBE as an umbrella organization, and today its shareholders and members are CCCI and packaging companies. Green Dot Cyprus cooperates with most businesses operating in Cyprus and collects and manages packaging by providing legal coverage to its Members.

At the same time, it has been honored with many awards and distinctions both in Cyprus and abroad for the quality of its work and especially for its contribution to raising environmental awareness among the public.

Green Dot Cyprus supports the first “green” marathon of Cyprus, which is none other than the 1st Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon, which includes: Marathon Road (42,195 km), Half Marathon Road (21,095 km), 10 km, 5 km – corporate, 5km – individual and McDonald’s ™ Kids Race 1km and 1km FunRace for adults. It is under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice and Public Order, the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Energy, Trade, Industry and Tourism, the Ministry of Health, the Commissioner for Volunteerism and Non Governmental Organizations and the Commissioner for the Environment, the Cyprus Police, the Civil Defense, the Youth Organization and the Cyprus Sports Organization.
